| ohai i am a jessa. here are my... rules for life. they're mine, but you can totally follow them if you want to. 1. RELIGION - contrary to popular belief, i am not completely against religion, nor am i an athiest. i believe the Bible and all that other fun stuff were truly written out of love and the uttermost respect for the world and everybody in it. the thing is, alot of people misinterpret religious text, or change it around a bit for their own benefit. this is totally uncool, and totally goes against everything in the religious text in question. there are no bad religions, only bad people. 2. FEMINISM - the girls who are fightin' the power cuz they don't wanna get beat, they're awesome. but the ones who need to have everything to themselves and freak out about the stupidest things ever ( "womyn, not woman! IT'S SEXISM!" ) you guys suck. the point of feminism is equality. not for women to take over the world and make men their slaves. that's actually kinda hot. BUT STILL! do not confuse having a cunt with being one. 3. ORIENTATION - what people do in their own bedrooms should be no concern of yours. how does gay marriage, or being gay in general affect your life at all? it doesn't. and to those people who say letting them marry will HALVE the population and we will die out... well first, the number of gay people will be exactly the same, whether or not they are married... and second, if anything will kill us all, it's OVERPOPULATION. even if there were the possibility that this would cause the population to decrease ( what with artificial insemination and kids from prior heterosexual relationships ) that would be a good thing! if you are a man, and you do not want to marry a man, then don't. what other people do does not affect you in the least. 3a. ORIENTATION BEING A CHOICE - i don't see why anybody would choose to be gay, when everybody is so hateful towards gay people and there is the possibility of getting beaten or even killed. this theory is STUPID. i suppose the people who say this ( who are obviously straight ) thought long and hard about which gender they would be attracted to? yes, there are people who are not as clear as others as to who they may be attracted to, and it's normal to be confused. but in the end it's about instincts. people say it is a choice because they could CHOOSE to go fuck a guy tomorrow, or they could fuck a girl. anybody can choose to fuck a person, but that doesn't mean they have feelings for them or are truly attracted to them. there's more probably. |
